For shipping within Egypt, Alignes offers a full-money back guarantee on your order within 7 days of receiving your order. 

Due to safety reasons, opening the package while the courier awaits is no longer permissible. However, for shipping within Egypt, Aligned offers a full-money back guarantee within one week of receiving your order at a reduced rate of ONLY 20 EGP within Cairo, 30EGP for governorates (on returns/exchanges)

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, simply follow these steps for a refund or exchange:

• Item(s) must be in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.

*During sale period, any item ordered at a discounted price can not be exchanged or refunded. Sale packages are not allowed to be opened while the courier delivers it.
